I want to Welcome everyone stopping by from Sew We Quilt @ Stash Manicure! It was a nice surprise to wake up this morning to lots of comments and ideas!!
And I wanted to thank all my regular readers, bee ladies, and Flickr friends for the support you have given me to make this AIDS Walk quilt for the fundraiser! You can read HERE about my project if you might be interested in donating a cross block!
My kids are helping me with the layout of the blocks...I think we might be playing with these for a few days.
Thank you for the idea over at Stash Manicure. As I wrote there, this is perfect for me right now.

ReplyDeleteHi, from the Stash Manicure post :D Your idea for scraps is great! One could do the same with using a monochromatic theme--that would be a great way to create 'new' fabrics to use in applique or.....
