Well, I adore old fabrics which I find on fleamarkets in Belgium oder France, old dish towels for example and then I try to sew someting unusual out of it. Sorry for my poor english :-(

ReplyDeleteAlexander Henry's Spotted Owl is what got me sewing again after a ten year break. I don't know if it will always be my favorite, but it definitely holds a soft spot in my heart.

ReplyDeleteRight now my favorite fabric is a yellow upholstery-weight sunflower print I got off Joann's clearance rack that I'm using to make slipcover for my toddler's chair. I'm quite certain that once I'm done with that my favorite fabric will be whatever I work on next. I'm so fickle.
